The Difference Between UVA + UVB Rays

Protection from UV radiation is an essential step in maintaining skin health. Two types of UV rays, ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB), penetrate the atmosphere and can accelerate visible signs of aging and increase the risk of skin cancer.

UVA rays are associated with accelerated aging and can penetrate through windows and clouds.

UVB rays cause sunburn by damaging the epidermis, causing redness, blistering, while increasing the risk of cancer.

How to Use

• Prep + Apply
  Shake well. Apply liberally to the face, neck, and décolletage 15 minutes before sun exposure and before makeup.
• Maintain Protection
  Reapply at least every 2 hours or after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating. Reapply immediately after towel drying.

Sun Protection Measures

To reduce the risk of skin cancer and premature aging, regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 15 or higher and limit sun exposure between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses.
