Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
At MaudSkin, your satisfaction is our top priority. To provide a seamless shopping experience, we have outlined a straightforward return policy:
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to an allergic reaction (see “Allergic Reactions” below).
- Eligible Returns/Exchanges: Unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. A valid receipt is required. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Report any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement. Reports made after this period will not be accepted.
- Hair Care & Makeup: For hygiene reasons, these items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for store credit.
Allergic Reactions
We understand that some products may not suit every individual. If you experience an allergic reaction to a MaudSkin product, you may qualify for a refund or store credit. Reactions must be reported within 48 hours of use.
To verify the issue, MaudSkin may request documentation, such as a doctor’s note and/or photos of the reaction.
Please note: Product details, including ingredients and usage instructions, are provided by the manufacturer or distributor. For concerns regarding specific ingredients, consult your doctor.
Price Adjustment Policy
Feel confident in your purchases with our price adjustment guarantee:
- If an identical product you purchased goes on sale within 7 days, we’ll provide a store credit for the price difference.
- Eligibility: The item must match in size, type, and availability at the sale price. Requests must be submitted within 7 days.
- Adjustments are issued as store credit only (no refunds to the original payment method). Clearance, final sale, and limited-time promotions are excluded.
To request an adjustment, provide your receipt or order confirmation, and we’ll handle the rest.
Sale Items Notice
All purchases made during sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
