How does the Satisfaction Guarantee work?

What is the Satisfaction Guarantee and what does it cover?
The Satisfaction Guarantee is an optional add-on that gives your MaudSkin order added protection. It includes coverage for lost, stolen or damaged packages, plus a flexible 45-day window to return products that do not work for your skin. All approved returns include a complimentary prepaid return label.
How does the Satisfaction Guarantee work at checkout?
Simply leave the Satisfaction Guarantee selected when placing your order. Once your purchase is completed, the coverage is automatically applied. It cannot be added or removed after checkout. If you experience an issue, you can file a quick claim and our team will take care of it.
What kinds of shipping problems are covered?
The Satisfaction Guarantee protects against:

• Lost shipments
• Packages marked delivered that were never received
• Damaged orders, including broken pumps, leaks or crushed items
• Product quality issues at arrival

Coverage applies to all MaudSkin orders shipped within Canada when the Guarantee is added at checkout.
What does the 45-day return option include?
If your products are not the right match, the Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return them within 45 days of delivery. Returns include:

• A free prepaid return label
• Acceptance of opened and gently used items
• A full refund once processed

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Products returned after 45 days
  • Empty or heavily used items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Devices broken from improper handling
  • Orders without the Satisfaction Guarantee once opened
How do I submit a claim?
Claims are filed online and take only a minute or two.

2. Enter your order details
3. Select the issue type
4. Upload photos if your item arrived damaged
5. Submit your request

Most claims are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days.
How long do I have to file a claim?
• Lost packages: within 45 days of the last tracking update
• Damaged items: within 15 days of delivery
• Product quality concerns: within the timeframe shown at checkout
• 45-day returns: available only with the Satisfaction Guarantee
What if my tracking says delivered but I did not receive it?
Start by checking your mailbox, parcel locker, lobby, concierge or with nearby neighbors. If the package is still missing, you can file a stolen package claim under the Satisfaction Guarantee and receive a replacement or refund once approved.
Does the Satisfaction Guarantee include a free return label?
Yes. All returns approved through the Satisfaction Guarantee include a complimentary prepaid return label.
Can I return something I tried and did not like?
Yes. When the Satisfaction Guarantee is added, gently used products can be returned within 45 days of delivery.
Do I need the Satisfaction Guarantee for lost, stolen or damaged package coverage?
Yes. Protection for lost, stolen or damaged shipments is only available when the Satisfaction Guarantee is selected at checkout.
Can I add the Satisfaction Guarantee after I place my order?
No. It must be selected during checkout and cannot be added afterward.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by region:

• Ontario and Quebec: 2 to 5 business days
• Western Canada: 2 to 8 business days
• Atlantic Canada: 3 to 10 business days
• Northern regions: 5 to 10 business days

You will receive tracking updates once your order ships. High-volume periods such as sales and holidays may result in slightly longer delivery times.
Will my order take longer during Black Friday or holiday sales?
Yes. Carriers handle significantly higher volumes during Black Friday and the holiday season. The Satisfaction Guarantee is recommended during these times for added protection and faster claim resolution.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. MaudSkin currently ships within Canada only.
